We are looking for highly motivated Residential Childcare Workers to provide care and support to children and young people with complex needs and attachment disorders.

To join us as a Residential Childcare Worker, you will:

Have experience of working with children or young people.
Be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in caring for vulnerable young people in a residential setting.
A qualification at SCQF level 7 or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
A full driving license is essential.

We have a trauma informed team who look after each other and to support this we offer mental health training and support for all our staff.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made.

This position also requires registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from commencement in this post to register with the SSSC.
