The Estates team led by Tom Hay, Estates Manager, assist us in providing the perfect therapeutic environments for our children and young people by maintaining our houses inside and out.
 

We have created a ‘Market Garden’ within two of our houses where our children and young people help produce fruit and vegetables for all our houses and the surrounding community.

The team are also responsible for our Company vehicles to ensure the safety of our children/ young people and staff as they travel.
